General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between 77ca and all its users ("Members"). 77ca is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operating under an international gaming license.
By using the 77ca website, mobile platform, or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility: These terms and conditions apply to all 77ca products, services, promotions, and activities. Where separate specific terms exist for a particular game or promotion, those terms will apply alongside these general terms and conditions.
77ca reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes in a timely manner. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility
The following requirements must be met to open an account with 77ca:
- You must be 18 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate and truthful personal information must be provided at the time of registration.
- Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Online gaming must be legally permitted in your area of residence.
- Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
- Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.
Warning: 77ca reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time — and forfeit all deposited funds and winnings — if a member registers with false information or creates multiple accounts.

KYC Verification Process
77ca reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal or for transactions above a specified amount.

Verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed while verification is in progress.

Deposit & Payment Policy
The following rules apply to all deposits on 77ca:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
- Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
- 77ca does not charge any processing fees on deposits.
- Blockchain network fees may apply to cryptocurrency deposits.
- Deposits are non-refundable once processed.

Withdrawal Policy
The following conditions apply to all withdrawals of winnings:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- The maximum daily withdrawal limit for a standard account is ৳1,00,000.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is completed.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 minutes. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers
77ca offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:
Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to ৳5,000). To withdraw this bonus, you must complete wagering of 10x the bonus amount.
- Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
- If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Some games may not count toward wagering requirements — see the Promotions page for details.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, registering with false information, or using any other fraudulent method will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all bonuses.

Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets on 77ca:
- Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the live cash-out feature is available).
- In Sports Betting, official results are considered final.
- Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be cancelled.
- Bets placed on matches involving match-fixing or corruption will be voided.
- A maximum bet limit per account applies at any one time.
In the event of any dispute regarding betting rules, the decision of 77ca shall be final.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77ca and will result in immediate account suspension:
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
- Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
- Unauthorized access to or hacking attempts on 77ca's systems.
- Unauthorized access to another member's account.
- Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch on the platform.
- Abusive behavior toward other members or staff.

Account Closure & Suspension
77ca reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:
- These Terms and Conditions have been violated.
- If evidence of fraud or any dishonest activity is found.
- KYC verification has not been completed.
- At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be refunded.

Responsible Gaming
77ca believes that betting should be a form of entertainment. We encourage all members to play responsibly. 77ca provides the following tools:
- Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your betting activity.

77ca is not liable for the following:
- Loss or damage caused by internet disconnection.
- Delays caused by issues with third-party payment services.
- Unauthorized access to an account due to the member's own negligence.
- Service disruption due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
77ca is committed to maintaining service quality at all times. Should any disruption occur due to unavoidable circumstances, 77ca will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Changes to Terms & Conditions and Contact
77ca reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification.
Continued use of the platform after updated Terms and Conditions have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
